We so appreciate your business. If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused portion within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund of the price of the product or exchange, no questions asked. (Unfortunately we can’t offer a refund if 30 days have gone by since receiving your purchase).
Once your return is received we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. If it is received within the allowed time period, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within two weeks.
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check with your bank or credit card company since it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
